No. Really. There is a common misconception that CrossFit is for elite athletes. The truth is that it is for everyone. Sure, we say that we are “forging elite fitness” and we are. This means that you start the journey where you are today. And, if you stay on our path it’s likely that you will get in to the best physical, emotional and psychical shape of your life. Our community is comprised of competitive athletes, former athletes, working professionals, people that had never stepped foot into a gym and people with physical ailments. Allow us to get you into the best shape of your life.

I heard you can get injured doing CrossFit. Is this true?
As with any recreational activity or sport, there is a chance of injury. However, in order to help better ensure your safety and for you to get the most out of CrossFit, it is important that you are first provided with the appropriate coaching. Here at CrossFit Elizabethtown, we focus heavily on proper form and technique, with a strong emphasis on scaling intensity and weights appropriately to your ability and skill level. Further, it is also very important that you yourself come to class with the understanding that each workout is about improving, and not sacrificing form/technique (and most importantly, safety!) to “beat” your fellow members’ scores/weights/times. Our coaches will watch you closely to make sure you are scaling appropriately, so please be receptive to their feedback!
What’s the drop in policy for out of town guests?
Just come in and we’ll take good care of you. Our drop in fee is $20 or if you are going to be in and out of town frequently we can do a 10 workout punch card. Please arrive 10-
