Jeremy has been consistently working out for 25 years. He began weight training in order to train for football, and once his career was over, he used it to maintain his fitness. He discovered CrossFit in 2010, and it has since redefined his philosophy of fitness and changed his body and mind.
Jeremy has vast experience in teaching and coaching athletes of all ages and ability levels. While he appreciates the opportunity to help others improve their fitness, his greatest joy is developing healthy and enriching relationships with the people in his life.
Jeremy enjoys cooking and meal preparation, competing in various forms of fitness, and spending time with his daughters.
