The CrossFit Preschool program focuses on the development of gross motor skills, vestibular development, and basic strength all in an unloaded and unweighted safe environment. The classes are also designed to address the social markers of introducing a young child into a class situation. Our classes teach children to love fitness and movement, setting them up for success in life.

CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for 13-17 years old athletes and non-athletes alike. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with functional, high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as establish a lifetime love of fitness. Proper weightlifting techniques are taught, under the watchful eye of our Crossfit certified trainers, to enhance strength and power, while also focusing on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility.

The CrossFit Kids program is a strength and conditioning program specifically designed to help kids and preteens develop a lifetime love of fitness. Crossfit Kids is not a scaled down version of Crossfit. It is Crossfit geared towards and designed with the child in mind to help strengthen their neurological, cognitive and motor skills.

If you are working toward a specific goal, or desire individual coaching, we offer full service Private Personal Training programs. Your program will begin with a complete assessment of your current physical capabilities, history and goals. Your coach will evaluate movement patterns, range of motion, strength levels, structural balance and any limitations. Your coach will also work with you to determine your training goals and priorities. This information lays the groundwork for developing your training program.
